Polycom Red Hot Events planned four consecutive gala dinners for an international incentive group who made their way to Cape Town & Sun City early May. The first dinner took place at Gold Restaurant & Trinity in Bennett Street. The restaurant itself was beautifully decorated with an African flair, each table had handmade clay pots and beaded bottles to name a few. Inside Trinity was lounges which carried through the African flair and illuminated with rich colours. The guests were welcomed with drummers, stilt walkers as well as the Gold Queen. The second event took place at The Grand Beach & Café; we converted a relaxed beach café into an opulent lounge and dining area. Throughout shell chandeliers, shades of blue, white & grey were used to enhance the existing atmosphere. The third event took place in the BOMA at Sun City, where guests were treated to an outdoor-bush experience. Welcomed by the old traditional Zulu dancers & drummers. The final event was held next to the Royal Pool in Sun City. The guests made their way down the Royal Staircase from The Palace to the dining area; they were welcomed by a Youth Choir and a saxophonist who entertained them with the soulful beats of South Africa. Afterwards the event was wrapped up with an outstanding firework display. 68
