ways fun putting new songs
together.
A lot of people in your position in
entertainment are viewed as role
models and are often watched
(paparrazzi, etc.). Do you feel
that it puts added stress to producing your music and getting it
out there? Do you tend to steel
yourself against the public eye or
open yourself up to it? Not
yet, I haven’t felt that stress,
but you do have to watch

What’s your favorite part
of your job? Meeting new

Where do you

for continued
blessings, much
success and
the ability to
touch a lot more people with my
music. -- Linda Clark

How did you get signed by your
label? It’s a family company.
What or who are some of your
musical influences? Mary J Blige,
Mariah Carey, Erykah Badu, etc.
Do you write your own songs?
If so, do you have a particular
source of inspiration? Of course,
I draw a lot from personal experience, but I love to write so I get
really creative and embellish stories so a broad audience is able
to relate with the subjects.
What is your favorite aspect of
the music profession? Creating
my own music! I record, write and
