By Cherie Marshall Native Music 20-year-old Memoree Eagle, a married mother of 1 and recent college graduate chatted with us on the struggles of making it in the music business. Memoree writes her own music based on: “my own life and also things people go through. As I was growing up it felt good that I could relate to music. So music itself is an inspiration.” Q. How do you balance your family life? How was it going to college? A. I make time for both which is pretty hard to do. Going to college was stressful because of trying to juggle family life and school. It was also hard because I was pregnant at the time. It was fun and the best learning experience I had. Q. How is it to be a young female native singer? A. Enjoyable. I wanted to do music all my life. Music is basically my own medicine. It feels good to write songs that people can relate to. It
