Screen printing involves creating a stencil on a mesh screen, and then pressing ink through the mesh to transfer the design onto the fabric. With our wide variety of specialty inks, we can customize any highquality print. Screen printing works best for simple designs without fine details.
Embroidery
Embroidery uses various stitching patterns and thread colors to produce images, logos, or text, resulting in durable and high-quality embellishment. Popular for its professional appearance and long-lasting finish, it is frequently used in customizing uniforms, promotional items, and fashion garments.
Direct-To-Garment( DTG)
DTG uses a specialized printer that allows an image to be printed directly onto a garment. Since this is a digital process, the print is sharper and has a higher resolution than traditional printing methods. We utilize eco-friendly water-based inks with no color limitations. DTG works for digital images or designs with many colors and details.
Heat Transfer
With heat transfer, also known as digital transfer, your custom logo or design is printed onto transfer vinyl. Then, the ink is thermally transferred from the vinyl to your fabric. This method is popular for everyday decoration and larger graphics.
Sublimation
Sublimation printing uses heat to bind the fabric and ink together. This method permanently embeds the ink into the fabric for fade and crack-resistant designs without affecting the hand feel. Sublimation is often used for“ all-over printing,” as it is capable of printing designs from seam to seam. This printing method has the ability to print any pattern or Pantone color.
Custom Knit Design
Custom knit design allows for a design to be knitted into the fabric utilizing various yarn colors. This is a fully customizable option, allowing for designs across the entire product. This customization is only available for our sock styles.
