FITNESS CLASSES (from the kitchen of Krysta Schroeder)

The fitness classes are WONDERUL at the DMU Wellness Center! Most classes run for about 45 minutes to an hour so it’s a great study break that is on campus and at your service! For the most part, the classes are the same throughout the year (with some variability in the times they are offered). Fitness instructors include the Wellness staff and certified students. You can find the weekly schedule for the fitness classes by picking up a printout at the Wellness Center or by going online to Pulse, clicking the service tab wellness and fitness classes. If you are a loyal fan of any particular fitness class, most instructors have a facebook group you can join to be in the loop. If any changes are made to the schedule, the Wellness staff will notify all students and provide an updated copy of the schedule.
