Ingredients for a cake pan of 24 cm : 5 apples 70 gr . of butter 2 eggs 200 gr . of flour 150 gr . of sugar One glass of milk One lemon One sachet of yeast One vanillin sachet 10 gr . of brown sugar
Preparation : Peel and slice into small pieces three apples , drizzling with lemon juice to prevent them from turning dark .
Beat the eggs whites until stiff and apart from beat the eggs yolks with the sugar .
Add the melted butter to the eggs and mount the mixture . Pour a glass of milk and mix until the dough of the cake is smooth and homogeneous .
