Procedure :
Fry the two garlic cloves in the olive oil for two minutes and then take them away from the pan . Add tomato sauce , basil , salt , pepper and lastly broth and bread . The broth must cover the slices of bread and boil for about 20 minutes gently until the food is well cooked so that it becomes " Pappa al pomodoro ". Now it is ready and you can add some parmesan .
