Ingredients : 1 kg of flour Butter - 300 grams new cheese ( almost unsalted ) - 1 kg Vinegar - 2-3 tablespoons Vodka - 2-3 tablespoons Water - 200 ml Eggs - 3 Oil - 2-3 tablespoons Salt Preparation of the dough with 200 grams of warm water , 2-3 tablespoons of vinegar , 2-3 tablespoons of vodka , 2-3 tablespoons of oil , salt , 1 egg yolk and 1 kg of flour knead a soft dough . The dough is ready when it does not stick on the hands . Put the dough in the fridge for 30-40 minutes . Then again roll out the dough and apply 150 grams of softened butter . Refrigerate again for 30-40 minutes . Then roll again and add 150 grams of butter . Roll out the dough and cool again . Divide into 2 parts . Content preparation Grate the cheese on a large grater , add 2 egg whites . Mix well . Main Procedures : Divide dough into 2 parts . Roll one layer and place on a baking try . Distribute the cheese evenly . Put a second layer of dough on top . Beat the beaten egg yolks well and knead the dough from the top . Stab this mass with a fork so that it does not swell during baking . Bake in a well-heated oven . Bake in a wellheated oven . Bake in a preheated oven at 180-200 degrees until it gets a nice golden color .
