Boil over medium heat for about an hour and a half . Heat the butter in a small saucepan . Add the flour and stir constantly . Add the water little by little and finally the juice and the lemon zest and the pepper . Alternatively ( for the sauce ) we can beat 2 eggs together with the lemon juice adding carefully the juice of the cooked food . To make it thicker , add one spoonful of corn flour .
TIP : To make it more festive , add raisins and pine nuts in the filling .

Ingredients for 4 people : 300 grams of flour for polenta 1.2 lt of water , one table spoon of salt
For the beans SAUCE : 150 grams of dry beans
