1 . Make the syrup by heating the ingredients till the sugar is dissolved . Cool for several hours 2 . For the biscuits : mix all wet ingredients , mix all dry ingredients separately . Then we mix both wet and dry ingredients by hands until just combined . 3 . Form oval shaped cookies , make some holes on them , then bake on parchment paper in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius . 4 . Hot biscuits put in a cold syrup , leave for 1-2 minutes , then place on a plate coved with walnuts and honey . Repeat with the remaining biscuits . ( Its good to make syrup in advance , and separate it in several bowls so that we would have always cold syrup and not the syrup heated by hot ready biscuits ). 5 . Take a photo and enjoy !
