FRIED OCTOPUS

Preparation:

Boil the octopus for five minutes, remove from the pan and cut it into pieces.

Cover the bottom of a pan with olive oil, add the bay leaf, the garlic cloves cut into

slices and the octopus. Let it fry very slowly until soft. Add the red wine while cooking.

After approximately 45 minutes, it will be ready.
