Halloween Skate & Scooter Contest
Saturday , October 28 2:00 - 9:00 pm Jupiter Skate Park 1501 W . Frederick Small Road
Ages : Family Friendly - 11 and Under , 12-15 , and 16 and older
Entry Fee : $ 10 per person ( Each contestant receives entry to the contest , a shirt , and a meal )
Registration for the contest will be at the Skate Park prior to event . Registration for the scooter contest begins at 2:00 pm , and the contest itself begins at 3:00 pm . The skateboard contest registration begins at 5:00 pm , and the skateboard contest begins at 6:00 pm . Prizes will be awarded to the top three places in each age division . Costumes are encouraged . The best costume contest ( includes all skateboard / scooter competition participants that day ) begins at 5:00 pm . Participants cannot wear Halloween masks , and you must be able to wear a helmet . Event is contingent upon good weather .
JTAA HOLIDAY PARADE IN ABACOA THIS YEAR SATURDAY , DECEMBER 10 Save the date for the 47th Annual Jupiter Tequesta Athletic Association Christmas Parade .
The JTAA Christmas Parade has temporarily moved to the Abacoa area due to the U . S . 1 bridge project . The parade features creative themed floats , decorated vehicles , various youth and adult clubs and scouting organizations and of course marching bands from Jupiter middle and high schools .
