This is a Long-Term Athlete Development( LTAD) program, a research-based approach to karate training for all ages. Led by 6th Degree Black Belt John Anthony Gambino, this is a fun and effective system.

INTRO TO PARKOUR- ACTIVITY CODE 552201
Parkour is the practice of safely moving over, under, through and around obstacles. This one hour class begins with warm-ups. From there, athletes line up at obstacle stations where they will be taught specific movement skills. Each class, participants will flow through three obstacle stations. Then all of the obstacle stations are put together into a timed obstacle course that each student gets to participate in. The class ends with strength challenges and games.
