What impact do you think the progressive era had on today's society? I feel that the progressive made lots of positive changes to soiety. The progressive were very active in promoting social change and their taetics have carried over today.Because of progressive we have laws to conserve national parks , laws to protect people's health, like the food & Drug Act, and the meat inspection Act to name a few.
Why did the progressive era get named that? I believe the term progressive comes from the word progressive comes from the word progress. People during that time made lots of progressin chnging society.
