As our clients and friends, we enjoy
getting to know you and your business. But I started wondering, how
well do you know us? In our first-ever
annual report, we’re pulling back the
curtain to introduce you to a side of
Rea you might not have seen before.
Rea has a culture – a heartbeat – that I
think is very unique and special. I hope
you’ll agree.

you’ll see some of our triumphs, learn
about the business of our business
and reflect with us over the events of
the last 12 months. And you’ll get a
glimpse of what lies ahead.
From growing our practices and serving
our communities to developing new
service offerings, rewarding employees
for jobs well done and crafting a new
strategic plan, Rea & Associates had a
terrific 2015.
But, while we’ve found success in the past, we’ve
come to a turning point …
In the coming year (and beyond), we will continue
to help our clients succeed by providing excellent
service and sound advice, but we will also turn our
focus inward to ensure we’re the best we can be, to
help you become the best you can be.
