Since implementing our strategic plan, The Rea Advantage, in 2015, we’ve made great progress by implementing the principles and concepts laid out in The 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX). We won’t pretend to be masters of the 4DX concept. And we still have a ways to go before meeting the goals outlined in The Rea Advantage, but we’re proud of the progress we’ve made and excited to share our accomplishments. Take a look at what we’ve been up to –̶ cornerstone -by-cornerstone. Cornerstone #1: OUR PEOPLE Goal: Create famous people. We can go from good to great by becoming famous for skills that differentiate us from others in the firm and in our markets. Top Talent – When our people work to become experts in an area of interest, everybody wins. All Rea team members are asked to identify what they want to be famous for. And while our aim is to foster new and existing specialties within our firm, we realize that another way to make waves is to recruit existing industry specialists. To that end, we brought on Luke Lucas and Scott Zielaskiewicz (both of Medina) to help us rock the boat and help us take our state & local tax (SALT) practice to a whole new level.
