HELP CAN HUNGER: REA’ S ANNUAL FOOD DRIVE CHALLENGE
Once again Rea employees exceeded expectations during the 12th annual“ Help Can Hunger” food drive in Fall 2015 with a collection of more than 29,000 pounds ** of food – about 4,500 pounds more than the prior year. Help Can Hunger challenges the firm’ s 11 offices to compete against each other to see which can collect the most pounds of non-perishable food per employee. This time around, the Cambridge office was victorious with a collection total of 2,791 pounds – an average of 310 pounds per employee.
In the competition’ s history, employees have donated more than 196,000 pounds of food to local not-for-profit organizations throughout Ohio. Here are the organizations we served in 2015:

• Guernsey County Senior Citizen Center, Cambridge
• Eastside Community Ministry / Christ’ s Table, Zanesville
• Wooster Salvation Army
• Medina Battered Women’ s Shelter
• Marietta Community Food Pantry
• St. Andrew’ s Episcopal Church’ s Food Pantry, Mentor
• Love Center Food Pantry, Millersburg
• Share-A-Christmas / Dover-New Philadelphia Food Pantry
