1 . Counties Having an Auction : A list of all 254 counties in Texas , which ones are having a sale next month , where the sale is , what time , and how many properties are for sale . Also , a direct link to the website for that county that provides demographic information .
2 . Property List in County Chosen : The addresses of all the properties
given in a county of your choosing along with the posted minimum bid and the appraisal district assessed value .
3 . All Properties in All Counties Having a Sale : A list of every property in every county having a sale with the same information as the above but also red lines through the ones that have been paid off before the sale which allows you to make better use of your time . This list is DYNAMIC in that every time you visit it any additional changes are reflected and we update it several times a day when changes occur .
4 . Additional Data Information : The necessary data on the properties you choose including the address , minimum bid , assessed value , current value , recent highest value , case or cause number , judgment date , year built , square feet , exemptions , property type , bedrooms / baths , current taxes , and land size

We now have a “ Concierge Service ” that finds properties that meet your parameters . We do the due diligence , check for governmental liens , take pictures for you and present you with choices that fit your parameters . We then will place you with a property manager ( if desired ), arrange for a licensed inspector , make sure you are insured , and manage the property manager on your behalf .
