and son team Lloyd and
Andrew Mabrey have com-
bined their entertainment skills and
real estate expertise to educate and
entertain audiences throughout the
United States.
Lloyd has been in the entertain-
ment industry for 38 years as a
singer, musician, comedian, writer,
and keynote speaker.
“I’ve played for a tremendous
amount of political and Hollywood

Andrew is a real estate investor
who specializes in creative finance
and foreclosures. Andrew, Lloyd
and their team have purchased prop-
erties, both residential and commer-
cial, in nine states over the past de-
cade. These deals vary from fix and
flips, rentals, multi-unit buildings,
and even larger land development
deals in Arizona and Texas.
One of the biggest misconcep-
tions about real estate investing is
that “anyone can do it and that it’s a
no-brainer,” Lloyd said.

“I think it does take training and
seminars and exposure to strategies
that increase your odds of being able to
have more options or more exit strate-
gies as you go through your investing
career. So I think it can be fun, but it
can also be painful if you’re not knowl-
edgeable.”
Andrew is also heavily devoted to
the personal development industry,
holding a life-coaching license. He has
spoken on the stages of some of the
biggest “law of attraction” mentors in
the world, including Bob Proctor and T.
Harv Eker. Both Mabreys have ap-
peared on stage at Realty411 events.
Presenting information about real
estate investing or any other type of
personal or business development can
all too often be “dry,” Andrew said.
“I feel like that’s one thing my dad
and I get to do together is we bring a
whole new dimension to the real estate

presenting arena,” he added. “We try to
spice it up with some music, entertain-
ment, jokes; it’s just a new twist on how
the information is presented.”
Lloyd considers himself a master
improvisational artist, so at times the
presentations can be pleasantly unpre-
dictable.
“The only challenge with Lloyd is
that we don’t have anyone to replace
him…our guests love him…. He is
that talented and truly one of a kind,”
