enterprise, and run it as a
successful business. He presented
the support services offered by

cards, mailers, website design,
business brochures, door hangers,
etc., along with further coaching
opportunities available.
Conclusion
The author conducted an
informal survey of the students
after the workshop. Mostly, they
were beginners in preforeclosure
work, and in wholesaling, but I
was surprised to see how many
experienced investors were there,
as well. They were enthusiastic,
without exception! They also
expressed that the training and
tools they received at the
workshop were highquality, and
worth the time and money
expended. The author is in full
agreement!
