Rene’e Kolar epitomizes integrity, consistency, hard

Worth, Texas area, and is a 7th generation Texan. She
started her selling skills thru school fundraisers at an
early age, and has continued a successful real estate
career for 32 years. She has worked every aspect of the
industry, representing sellers, buyers, and investors in
the residential, multi family, and farm and ranch
market.
Rene’e is a community leader with a devotion to her
family, church, and volunteer organizations. A leader by
nature, she organizes the NW Lions Club annual
Bullfrog West Fest and Rodeo, volunteers with the NW
Chamber of Commerce, and works in coordination with
groups to support special needs families.
In her “spare time” you can find Rene’e with her
husband of 25 years enjoying their small cattle ranch
just west of Fort Worth.
Rene’e has been trained and inspired by some of the
best, including Tom Hopkins, Mike Ferry, and Brian
Buffini. She continually seeks the best information and
technology to help her clients and customers with all
their real estate needs.
She has also moved on with training and educating
families and individuals in real estate investing.
Alongside the local real estate investment club (1RE
club), she has been organizing bus tour training, and
educational seminars for over 20 years. Rene’e uses her

Mike Statler grew up a real estate investing family
having 100+ apartments consisting of duplexes up to a
16 unit complex. Several homes rounded out the
investment portfolio. Growing up in the rental market,
his parents are suspect for breaking every child labor
law in existence. Those childhood experiences gave
Mike a strong work ethic, experience for property
management, preventative maintenance and major
renovation repairs.
Living in Texas since 1986, he had a short stint in
the steel mill industry as a Management Trainee. The
better experience was as an Engineer for a major
commercial aerospace company for 13+ years. He is
now a “recovering engineer” in the home inspection
industry.
Mike’s career as a Professional Home Inspector has
spanned 15+ years. Inspections experience is 5500+
single and multifamily structures. Commercial
buildings include duplex office space, manufacturing,
strip centers, small medical buildings up to a 75,000 sq.
/ft. community medical complex.
He has RE training experience assisting lead trainers
for national companies such as Trump U, Robert Kiyosaki
and Russ Whitney. He has been a sponsor for a local
investment group for 13+ years.
He has been a guest speaker for local real estate
radio shows in the DallasFt. Worth market and an
Adjunct Instructor for North Texas University Real
Estate classes for the past 4 years.
