KG : We offer a variety of services for our customers from coaching to help them grow their businesses to books / blog posts / webinars to teach them about the business to handling their mail program . We are also offering coaching as a new service . We want to ensure our customers are successful , and we work to help them learn how to use their leads effectively .

Investors interested in this niche should be interested in helping the executor and / or heirs because they are going through a tough time . They may need a shoulder to cry on or more handholding than others . This is a niche that allows the right person the opportunity to help others while performing a service . If pitched properly , the investor can explain how they can help the heir by buying the property as fast and painlessly as possible . Offering extra services like taking care of the yard can be very helpful . Probate is not for everyone , but it is a great opportunity for those who want to help others . Therefore , it is important to learn about it and know what you are getting in to before you start working probates .
Second , once you decide to purchase leads , it is important to think through your followup strategy . We recommend implementing a mail and phone call follow up program . Investors have to put in some work to be successful with these leads . When they do the work , they typically have great success stories to share .
