As we celebrate the success of our last inperson summit, I’ d like to thank you for your continued support. Our mission has always been to inspire others to become real estate investors, plus to help those already active to scale their business.
It’ s the perfect time yet again to examine and reflect on where we are and where we want to go. And, if you haven’ t yet begun or expanded your journey with real estate, I encourage you to do so.
The first step is to develop a plan of action: Where do you want to invest this year, and why? Are you ready to scale your rehab business? Will you finally be entering into a 1031 Exchange to upgrade into a larger property?
Whatever your dream is, I hope you fully commit to working toward it today. First off, I encourage you to write down every single goal you have for 2026 both in business and your personal life.
Writing down your goals will really help you in reaching them. Putting pen to paper takes effort and decision making, which creates a concrete plan of action.
Another path that will lead to success in real estate is doing research. Find out what the trends are in the market you want to focus on. For example: What style of house seems to sell the fastest in your target area?
Learn to decipher news and take the time to research what truly is going on in your area and the real estate industry as well as the overall economy. The more educated and informed you are, the wiser decisions you can make for your family’ s future.
