In our interview , we asked him about one of the most rewarding real estate projects his firm has ever transacted .
“ They ’ re all fairly equally rewarding ," he replied , adding , " so I would have to say our favorite is any time we ’ re helping people strategize the sale of their existing property or portfolio of properties ." This year Joel is excited about the project no only for its location and strong projected returns , but for what it will mean for the area . He explains it is

Another prime focus is educating on the strengths of including new asset classes into client portfolios often not considered in the past such as land banking , land infrastructure development , and housing construction – versus simply buying and investing in older prebuilt real estate properties or local ones that require active handson management and time .
What Differentiates a Family Office Approach to Investing ?
During our interview with Joel , it was quite clear that he thinks about both
