Readers will see some of the resources from our Philadelphia and latest California event in this issue . Our goal is to bring our inperson events to you within the pages of our magazine . We do hope you can attend our virtual or live events in the near future to learn even more in depth .
Just recently at our California event in West Los Angeles , we had one guest who joined us for the very first time after receiving our emails and subscribing to our magazine for many years . He made it a point to introduce himself to me to let me know . He also said he was " so glad to attend ." It was such a joy to hear that .
Our guest was in his early 60s and
ready to invest possibly a big portion of his life ' s savings . He attended in person to make sure we were in fact as knowledgeable for real as in the printed pages of Realty411 .
Another guest , an investor and mortgage professional , joined us for our event in California from Eugene , Oregon . He has attended numerous Realty411 events in California , both Northern and Southern , over the years . He told our assistant that he enjoys flying in to network with other real estate professionals in his neighboring state .
Folks , the fact that readers are taking action and doing business with our sponsors , advertisers , speakers and writers is something we take very seriously . My team and I want everyone we reach to benefit from this publication and our events , which have been such a blessing to so many people across the country for the past 16 years .
