It ' s wonderful to welcome you to another edition of Realty411 . Since our last issue , we ' ve added thousands of new investors to our database . Some we have already met in person . For those we have not met just yet , we hope to do so soon .
It ' s been an amazing few months hosting inperson events in Southern California , Philadelphia ; and now events in Texas and New York City are coming up next . In addition , we have our BIG Los Angeles Grand Expo on October 21st , which is just around the corner .

For the past 16 years , since I began Realty411 . com , I ' ve had the privilege of seeing many individuals grow in knowledge and flourish financially . Some have done amazingly well in growing their careers as realestate investing professionals . One of these individuals is Jeremy Rubin , founder of The Friendly Flipper Academy .
Jeremy , who is featured on the cover , is based in the Central Coast of California . It ' s a beautiful area featuring vineyards , mountains and breathtaking beaches . Although it is a pricey market , Jeremy does well
17 and takes on rehab projects in a broad area of the state , from San Francisco to San Diego — and everywhere in between . His team is currently working on 10 property rehabs simultaneously . He ' s now completed over $ 100M in projects .
His story of going from working a fulltime corporate job to being his own boss is legendary in California REI folklore . He left the security of a steady paycheck with company perks to lead the whirlwind life of a realestate entrepreneur . And , he made it , and ... he loves it !
