Welcome to a New Issue of Realty411

Hello Investors ,
I hope you are well and enjoying time with your family and friends as we transition from one year to the next all while enjoying holiday cheer and festivities .
As we close out another year , now is a wonderful time to review our investments this past year . Do we have any properties that need work ? Or , should we sell one property and exchange it for another larger one or perhaps invest in a different market altogether ?
Real estate investing provides us with the opportunity to continually learn , improve and expand . Or , if you ' re at a stage when you want to work less , you can hire management , exchange for a different asset class or sell and downsize . give them that extra level of comfort that they seek . One way we hope to reach our readers more directly is by continuing our virtual and inperson events , which are fantastic sources of education .
One of the educators who participated in our last live event in Dallas , Texas , is the cover of this edition : Dr . Chander Mishra and his wife , Iva . It was a wonderful day and the Mishra family shared fantastic tips that day . It ' s so inspirational to meet and get to know people who are successful at real estate and continually improve their business . In fact , while I was conversing with Iva Mishra , she told me how their company , Blue Ocean Capital , was expanding into property management to have more direct control , which would in turn decrease costs and increase profits .
