Option: Add a carrot, preferably organic, ends cut off and either washed or peeled. Vegilicious ½ Pineapple –remove both ends and the thick outer layer. Pineapple is also anti-inflammatory and aids digestion. ½ “ freshginger root (available in the produce section of most supermarkets and Indian markets) ½ lemon or lime, peeled but leaving as much white pith as possible ½ zucchini, peeled 1 carrot, washed and/or peeled if not organic This will make enough to enjoy now and again later. So definitely consume your fiber in the form of whole fresh fruits and vegetables, but consider juicing your own produce for your very best health.
