I have gotten into the habit of responding to a thank you with the following two words; “My pleasure”!
And it is my pleasure, more often than not! If we all assumed that every call we take or every table we
wait on is another opportunity to make the world a warmer, happier place to be, imagine how
revolutionary that could be in your life! Even more importantly, imagine how that feels to the person on
the receiving end. We cannot change the world. That’s the truth. But we can influence others with our
commitment to giving all we give, with a very, happy, heart!
