In a large saucepan over medium heat add ground chicken and cook until browned, Add onion and sauté in with chicken until tender about 5 minutes then add garlic and cook for about 2 more minutes. Stir in flour. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until heated through. Serve with sour cream and cilantro.
6-8 servings.
