BANANA COCONUT CREAM PIE Banana Cream Pie has always been my hands-down favorite, but my wife prefers Coconut so I decided to have a little fun and experiment with combining the two flavors. The result is this truly magnificent Banana Coconut Cream Pie. The smooth texture and subtle sweetness of the banana combined with the toasty, crunchy coconut topping is a perfect combination and is sure to make everyone happy! I brought this to a party once and could not figure out why it did not appear right? Then I remembered…I forgot the sugar!
