2024 REALTOR
® of the Year
The Pee Dee Association 2024 Realtor of the Year is Charles Munn , Drayton Realty Group . Morgan Lamb Flowers , the 2023 Pee Dee REALTOR ® of the Year , presented Charles Munn with the award at the Pee Dee REALTOR ® Association ' s annual induction ceremony and awards luncheon held Tuesday , December 10 , 2024 , at the Florence Country Club .
The REALTOR ® of the Year Award is given each year to the member who has shown outstanding leadership , commitment , and skill in the real estate industry . Nominations for the award are accepted , and candidates are reviewed by an independent panel of real estate professionals . Applicants are judged on contributions to the industry , outstanding qualities , and any additional factors that set the individual apart in the award year . Comments and examples of enthusiasm , honesty , integrity , talent , and skill are considered . Examples of volunteer work and achievements through volunteerism on the local , state , and national levels are reviewed . Participation in civic and service clubs , arts organizations , charitable activities , political action and educational work are examples of activities considered .
Morgan stated that Charles consistently lifts others up while encouraging new leaders to become active in the association .
He possesses integrity , always follows the REALTOR ® Code of Ethics , and promotes good
real estate practices .
Charles has earned the designations of GRI , CRS , At Home With Diversity , and is e-certified .
He has previously served as a PDRA director , Vice President , President-Elect and President . Currently , he serves as our SCR Region 3 Vice President and will continue to hold this position in 2025 .
Outside of real estate , he is a small business owner and has held leadership positions in the community .
