In up and coming editions we will focus on certain aspects of the industry and in particular the marketing of you. We talk about such things as what type of car you should drive, why you don’t rent to Zombies, how a hamburger relates to the listing process, what your socks say about you, how to sell the harbor bridge and other national icons to foreigners, how to speak Chinese without speaking Chinese, amongst other important need to know issues. Also some other topics such as interpretation of legislative changes, education and training.
We have five attributes that we believe every agent should be conscious of at all times and should strive to harness to the best of their abilities. We call it becoming a “HOLISTIC AGENT.”
