We have recently been approached by DAMAC Properties , the largest private developer in Dubai , and we will be marketing their properties in South Africa . The Dubai market offers high rates of return , and many other benefits can accrue to South African investors that purchase property there .
Meridian Realty participated in two categories during the 2022- 2023 Africa & Arabia International Property Awards and have been confirmed as AWARD WINNERS in both categories , although the extent of the awards will only be announced on the 6th of October at an event in Dubai , and we are eagerly awaiting the results .
We will be using our social media platforms , specifically YouTube , more extensively to bring value to clients and real estate agents alike .
