ore than thirteen years ago we set out to deliver a platform that would make an impact in building personal wealth for real estate and property investors . We settled on a print and digital magazine , Real Estate Investor Magazine ( REIM ), aimed specifically at the South African investor that craved for knowledge . The investor that craved for information and education on how to make money through calculated investment using property as a cornerstone of wealth . Soon thereafter we expanded into live real estate events and online content using intelligent content from leaders in the local and global property field .
There have been many lessons that we have gleaned over the years on our timeless journey that we would like to pass onto you as an investor . Experts in the game tend to easily give time-worn advice , cliches and platitudes of ‘ following your passion and then success will follow .’

They ’ ve all proven , tried and tested principles that are used by highly successful businessman such as Warren Buffett , Steve Jobs , Jannie Mouton amongst many others . The secrets of true wealth and success of ‘ Think and Grow Rich ’ are embedded in thirteen principles .
They are : desire , faith , self-suggestion , knowledge , imagination , planning , decision , persistence , mastermind , transmutation , sub-conscious mind , the brain and having a sixth sense .
Success is usually associated with building incredible wealth , living the high glamorous life and achieving a certain level of fame , but essentially our mantra learned over the years is that true success that satisfies is not only all about money . One of the lessons we have learnt with a pure money focus is that the more money you make brings you diminishing returns , essentially making it an elusive definition of success . Success is better defined as an achievement of a goal , desire , aim or purpose .
Many people tend to align their passions with work higher than with money or fame , while making a large sustainable income . Characteristics such as talent , intellect , discipline , persistence , good values , and luck all contribute to your business and investment success . However , with a combination of enthusiasm and raw passion present they can make you invincible in developing resilience and avoiding obstacles that will come your way . Recently , as a result of the challenges of the pandemic , Covid-19 and lockdown , these traits have become more valuable to us today than any other time before in our lifetimes .
