Proximity to major amenities is a huge plus , along with easy access to roads and alternate routes . I especially love the fact that I can take part in two of my favourite hobbies , golf and tennis , without putting in much effort .
Then there ’ s the Nineteen Restaurant at the Clubhouse as well as The Deli for those days when I ’ m too lazy to cook , and the onsite car wash service in the basement of City Centre which also makes life so much easier .
I consider this to be one the very best choices , and best investments , I have made in a long time , and I fully expect my investment in City Centre to retain its value in the long term . - Mr T
