The town is built on 570 hectares where roughly one third is under permanent irrigation for agriculture , one third is set aside for conservation and one third development . Electric fencing is being installed for the protection of the people and businesses on the premises , including the livestock . Dr Mulder adds : “ We are currently designing and planning additional security features like PTZ cameras , infrared cameras , number plate recognition , drones , among many other things .”
According to Dr Mulder , this town hopes to build a united community that is not vested in segregation , but inclusivity . As a result , there is no classbased sectionalisation of the town . You may find a gigantic house next to a house that is built on a stand that has same the size as a normal RDP plot or stand , however , the designs and plans are light years apart .
