ell , there is trust between broker and buyer , trust between broker-buyer-seller , trust between the broker and bank , so there is basically trust between all role players . That is why you must use professional brokers , and that ’ s why professional brokers are often critical to their clients , it ’ s because you can trust them . if you ’ re using an unregistered broker then you need to beware , because you can ’ t trust the information you receive from that person . This then means that at the moment the trust is more on a personal level . That is why people and brokers are so critical to transactions , because the trust is generated from a personal level , and what we are doing in the digital space is that we are creating transparency to enhance that trust . So , as a broker your first role is to create that trust , then you have yourself a set of tools to help you back yourself up to keep the numbers . This is where the huge opportunity comes in ,

igital can be our savior in so far as killing corruption . Digital bestows transparency and that ’ s where opportunities are for us commercial property investors and inventors to create more transparency around transactions . The more manual systems in the past were more smoke and mirrors . If you knew what property was worth and there was one number , there would be more transactions to happen .
