From an office space , point of view , what are we most likely to see as people are going back to work ?

An interesting trend that we ’ re observing is that majority of the people in the office space or in many workplaces are open to the idea of moving back to work in a hybrid form , where a handful will work from the office for two or three days a week . But because , of things like , anxiety these people are not going back to the office . So , the desire is there ,

but the practical implications of whether or not the working space is set up to support the move to working from office and in peace ( at that ) is not there . This is all because the offices today are just not set up to deliver to our expectations especially when it comes to covid19 .
So , spatial designs , the ability to create a sense of security to know that systems are in place to protect and have visibility over the environment in terms of understanding if whether or not certain areas or more or less are occupied before I move into them . These are new realities that we ’ re going to see manifesting in both physical design and the ability of the building to be smart and intelligent and deliver information to people before they arrive and when they are in the building .
