And perhaps most important to Andrea is leaving a legacy for her family , but not only in the financial sense . “ My children have been witness to the success and challenges that I have faced along the way . I want them to understand that with a solid business foundation , perseverance and a strong work ethic , they can do anything that they put their mind to . One caveat I say to them is that the job or occupation that they pursue in the future probably does not even exist yet .
