Building a Skilled Youth
As against formal education as he may seem , Musk is an advocate for education of younger citizens- the future of the world . He has put one of his properties to good use and turned it into a place of study for his five boys to start educating them using an education system that is completely different to the formal education system in most schools .
“ I have created a school called ad Astra ( to the stars ). What makes it different from all other schools is that there aren ’ t any grades . I make all the kids go in the same grade at the same time , because the education in this school is designed to match the children ’ s aptitudes and abilities ,” Musk says .
One thing for sure about these kids , they will leave this school with skills to either make it on their own from the beginning or the skill to grow the brand to the highest heights . Just the same way Musk built his brand from the bottom to where it is today , to being the richest man in the world and one of the most strategic real estate investors .
