 INVESTMENT SUMMARY
 Investors are invited to provide funding for a residential development in the northern suburbs of Cape Town . The Developer has secured the site for the development of sectional title apartments within a secure gated environment .
 The initial investment period is projected to be for approximately 12 months after which investors may exercise their option to roll the investment over into subsequent investment cycles to prolong their investment . Investor funds are initially paid into STBB Attorneys Trust account . Upon exit , at the end of the investment cycle , the Attorneys will repay the investor capital plus accrued interest .
