• Check for the proper registration
The property which is under consider to invest, needs
to have all the proper documentations. This is very
much essential because, there are many chances
of being fooled by the wrong people. The property
which one needs to buy should and must have all the
documentation which will help to have a genuine
dealing.
• Deal with Good People
the type of people involved in the dealing matters
a lot. Also, it is not at all suggestible to deal with
some unknown person, atleast the mediator should
be a known person. People will easily misguide the
investor, specially when they are new to invest. So
take care that you are surrounded by good circle
people who will not misguide you.

• Location of the Property
The actual site where the property is located is
important, because the cost of the site will depend on
it. The properties which are located in prime locations
are of high value compared to the property located
at other sites. When buying the properties at some
other sites( other than prime location), one need to
take care about the transportation facility to that site.
It is important, not only when the owner stays at that
site, but also when the owner wants to sell or rent it,
the other person who wants to invest on it, will check
mainly for the transportation facility.
• Check for a Healthy Surroundings
Not only the property, but also the surroundings of
the property matters a lot. The resale value of the
property will depend upon the other properties near
by its vicinity. If the property is located at such a place
where it is surrounded by a noisy site or a very much
disturbing surrounding, then the resale value of it will
be less. If the property is located at such a site where
there is no disturbance in the nearby vicinity, then the
resale value of it will be high.
