Malcolm says that the most rewarding part of his job is
to see the business adapt, change and develop as a result
of a growing and maturing property industry. “I have
experienced what was already a leading South African
property management company transform itself into
an international multi-disciplined property service
provider, with property management now comprising
no more than 30% of our total business. It is an exciting
transformation in which I have been privileged to play
a part with a great team of committed people around
me. Our business is about the people that we deal with
as clients and have the privilege to attract as staff. Our
successes and failures ultimately revolve around the
