“ According to the current Minister of Human Settlements, Minister Lindiwe Sisulu, there is still a shortfall of 2,1 million houses in the fully subsidized market,” says Wikus.“ In addition, various statistics show that there is a GAP and affordable housing shortfall of families that should qualify for end user finance of 700,000.”
Calgro’ s plans are to continue rolling out the development business across South Africa, while driving the memorial park business to develop its national foot print. In terms of their new real estate rental investment, Wikus feels excited about Calgo M3’ s recently established partnership with the dynamic SA Corporate team. He feels the teams work well together and share the same fundamental business and investment principles.
