The evolution of mixed- use precincts

Mixed-use precincts might vary in scale from a single
building occupied by a retail shop on the ground floor and
upstairs apartment, through to a comprehensive "urban
village" development with multiple buildings containing
separate but compatible uses. But through constant
improvement and progression, mixed-use precincts are
reshaping the way we live, for the better.
