mind. An extra bedroom or a second bathroom
may be a financial stretch in the beginning, but
adds value when selling without the cost and
hassle of adding on to the property.
• Avoid the trap of spending every extra penny on
your primary residence, adding extras that may
not add value or offer a better lifestyle. Keep it
simple and practical, as buyers do not invest in a
seller’s sentiment.
