Predicted increases in municipal values in elite suburbs and gated estates: In addition to this, ValueCheck has released predictions on the increase in municipal values expected in some of Cape Town’s most famous, high value suburbs and estates. The suburbs picture is quite mixed with Higgovale, Camps Bay and Bantry Bay amongst those likely to see punitive increases while Bishopscourt could get some relative relief.
