ijibomi Ogundele is the founder and Chief Executive Office
of property development firm, Sujimoto Construction. He has
been called one of the richest property tycoons in Nigeria.
Sujimoto Construction is made up of three separate
divisions; real-estate, finance and energy. He is also a lead
partner in Sujimoto Investments Limited, along with his
prinicipal partner, Yazeed Alrahji. Sujimoto Investments Limited provides

acquisition and restructuring of more than 47 successful businesses.
Ongundele’s experience as a Venture Capitalist and Investment
Strategist has given him good grounding in property construction and
has acquired vast knowledge and experience over the years in Business
