Make Your Dream Come True
There’s an opportunity to invest
in one of the newest suburbs
W
ednesday 16 April 2014, saw the groundbreaking ceremony and turning of the first
sod of earth on what is set to become a
R4 billion new suburb in the Helderberg basin.
Owing to its magnitude this new suburb has its own
address: Sitari Country Estate. Set between the N2
and the R102, neighbouring Croyden Olive Estate,
the details of Sitari are being kept under wraps until
the official launch in July, which will be by invitation
only – but what is clear is that this development is
unprecedented in terms of its scope (3150 residential
properties), lifestyle offering, security and detailing.
Uvest Property Group are the property developers
of Sitari Country Estate, and one of the Executive
Di rectors of Uvest, John Coetz ee, has been
meticulously planning and designing various aspects
of this unique development for over three years. He
certainly has the experience for a venture of this kind,
having been involved in the planning and bringing to
market of other large developments such as Burgundy
Estate (in excess of 5803 apartments and homes plus
commercial) and Buh-Rein Estate (in excess of 3 500
apartments and homes plus commercial).
Says Coetzee: “I have certainly used my experience
in planning this project, but Sitari is very different in
many ways. Sitari Country Estate is set on 192 hectares,
and it is one of the last private access-controlled
estate that will be built within the Western Cape.
It is a country estate in the truest sense of the word.
Obviously one moves from rural towards urban when
you develop, but we are attempting as far as possible
to maintain a rural ambiance yet with all the modern
conveniences one could wish for. Without revealing
too much, buyers can expect to see a combination of
orchards, trees, vineyards, olives and parks perfectly
matched with contemporary rural architectural design.

We pride ourselves on the care that we are putting
into every little detail as we wish to ensure that Sitari
Country Estate remains absolutely unique.”
Power Construction has been tasked with completing
all the civil works on Sitari Country Estate. Says Dr
Graham Power, Helderberg local and Executive Chair
of the Power Group: “When you look at the Helderberg,
there is very little space left for development, and the
only sizeable land available is here on the R102 route.
This area is perfect for what is going to be an absolutely
prime addition to the Helderberg. It is a beautiful area,
and the site has a wonderful feel about it. I am delighted
that we are involved with Uvest Property Group in Sitari
– and I see nothing but success for this entire project.”
The construction is set to roll out over the next
seven years, and in terms of accommodation there
will be 3 150 residential units, which includes a single
residential country homes, sectional title apartments and
a retirement village. There will also be private schools, a
